Nivå 1:  4k -  8k / 1k ante

Nivå 2:  5k - 10k / 1k ante

10 min paus

Nivå 3:  6k - 12k / 1k ante

Nivå 4:  8k - 16k / 2k ante

60 min matpaus

Nivå 5: 10k - 20k / 2k ante

Nivå 6: 12k - 24k / 2k ante

10 min paus

Nivå 7: 15k - 30k / 3k ante

Nivå 8: 20k - 40k / 4k ante

10 min paus

Nivå 9: 25k - 50k / 5k ante

Nivå 10: 30k - 60k / 6k ante
